Where is the data hosted, and who processes the exchanges with the AI?
Compleducation SAS is a French company. Platform data is hosted in Europe (GCP) and the AI models run on Microsoft Azure servers in Europe: no transfer outside the European Union. Exchanges between public servants and the AI trainer belong to your administration and are never used to train a model. A data processing agreement (DPA) is provided on request. Hosting, encryption, DPA and retention periods (in French).
How can a public administration buy Complement?
Public administrations usually take an annual licence sized on the number of public servants, with the authoring tool, AI trainer and analytics included, on quote. Is Complement accessible to public servants with disabilities?
The format is conversational: public servants can listen, read the subtitles, type or speak, adjust the voice speed and have a concept repeated as many times as needed. These choices make the content usable by very different profiles. We do not yet claim any WCAG or RGAA (the French accessibility standard) conformance level; an accessibility statement for the platform is available on request.
Do we need an LMS or any software to install?
No. Complement runs in the browser, with nothing to install. You create your staff accounts in Complement; they receive an access email and sign in with their Microsoft or Google account (SSO) or their email address. If you already have a learning platform that supports LTI 1.3, Complement can integrate with it.
What happens when the next reform comes in?
You edit the slide concerned in the authoring tool and republish: the module is up to date in minutes, with no new filming and no production contract. Public servants who resume the module see the new version.
Can the AI trainer give answers that stray from our texts?
No: the AI trainer's answers are limited to the sources your department has provided (materials, texts, attached documents). If a question falls outside that scope, it says so and brings the public servant back to the content. Your department remains the author of the module; the AI does not invent rules.
