Your training materials become conversational courses. An AI trainer presents the content, puts each trainee through a role-play and checks orally that they can apply the method.
-
Theory
taught again in class every session
Trainers run through the same theory with every group. No time is left for practice, which is what trainees come for.
-
50–100 h
to produce 1 hour of content
Storyline, Rise 360… Weeks of production per module, reserved for specialists. With Complement, your trainers produce the content themselves: AI writes the first draft, they review it.
-
€50,000
per hour of video content
Professional video is expensive and becomes obsolete as soon as regulations or your offer change.
-
Evidence
of completion to provide to funders
Attendance, results, assessment of learning outcomes: funders and quality certifications (such as Qualiopi in France) require evidence. A watched video leaves none.
-
20%
of trainees share feedback
Satisfaction surveys arrive after the fact. Without feedback during the course, there is no way to fix the module.
-
25%
of trainees have a learning difficulty
Career changers, apprentices, people less at ease with digital tools: one rigid, one-size-fits-all format leaves part of the group behind.
The best training? A one-to-one video call with a trainer who adapts and answers your questions.
Complement recreates it with AI, billed by the hour of use.

Distance learning
Distance learning where trainees really learn
Your asynchronous modules with an AI trainer that answers, runs role-plays and assesses. Learning outcomes and time spent tracked trainee by trainee.
- Billed by the hour of use, from $6/h
- Dashboard per session
- Time spent and results per trainee
-
Blended
Theory first, practice in the classroom
Trainees arrive in class having already covered the theory with the AI trainer. The trainer devotes the day to practice.
- Prerequisites checked before the session
- Questions passed on to the trainer
- Delivered on Complement or in your LMS

Catalogue
More courses, without hiring
Each trainer turns their materials into modules in 90 minutes. You expand your catalogue without hiring or outsourcing production.
- A one-hour module in 90 minutes
- Instant updates with every regulatory change
- Designer licence $49/month, no commitment
Your trainers already have their PowerPoints. AI turns them into an interactive course led by a virtual trainer, which the trainer reviews and adjusts: no technical skills, no outside agency.
-
01
Describe your course
Topic, audience, tone: a few words are enough. You can also start straight from your materials.
-
02
Add your materials
PowerPoint, PDF, Word, Excel or legacy SCORM packages: AI uses them as raw material.
-
03
AI builds the module
Chapters, slides, the avatar's scripts, quizzes and interactions: a complete first draft in minutes.
-
04
You review and publish
Rephrase a script, move a slide, add a question. Then publish, standalone or in your LMS.
A first draft in minutes
Chapters, slides and role-plays from your materials; review in under an hour.
Deliver on Complement or in your LMS
Trainee accounts created in a few clicks, access by email, or LTI integration.
Your trainers work independently
Easy to use. No instructional designer needed.
Adaptive learning
The AI trainer adapts its explanations to each trainee's level and answers. Trainees set the voice, pace and tone.
Oral role-play
At the end of each chapter, the AI trainer puts the trainee through a spoken role-play. AI assesses the answer and gives instant feedback.
Training that is never static
The AI trainer answers questions, digs into unclear points and adapts to each trainee in real time.
Designed for every trainee
25% of trainees have a learning difficulty. Spoken format, personal pace, repetition of concepts not yet mastered.
Training that adapts, not static content
- Video / SCORMStatic
- Simple chatbotPartial
- ComplementAdaptive
Through oral exchanges and built-in surveys, you collect 100% of trainee feedback, session after session. Drop a survey question between two slides: the AI trainer asks it mid-session, and each trainee answers out loud or in writing to carry on.

What heads of training ask us first.
How does hourly billing work?
You pay $6 per hour of training taken by a trainee, with a minimum purchase of $60 and volume discounts. A one-hour module taken by 20 trainees therefore costs $120. The designer licence, at $49 per month, gives access to the authoring tool, the AI trainer and analytics. No commitment: you stop whenever you want. For regular volumes, a per-trainee licence is available at $7 per month, also with no commitment.
What proof of completion can I give funders?
For each trainee, the dashboard records time spent, chapter-by-chapter progress, answers to oral quizzes and the completion date. This data can be viewed by session and serves as evidence of attendance and assessment. Complement does not replace your quality process, but it produces evidence that a video or a PDF never leaves.
Do I need an LMS to use Complement?
No. You create your trainees' accounts on Complement; they receive an access email and sign in with their email, a Microsoft or a Google account. If you already have an LMS (Moodle, 360Learning, Docebo…), Complement integrates with it through the LTI 1.3 standard. We do not produce SCORM packages, which are incompatible with the AI trainer's conversational memory.
How long does it take to create a module?
On average, a one-hour module takes 90 minutes to create: importing the PowerPoint or PDF, writing or dictating the text slide by slide, creating the role-plays and publishing. Experienced trainers go faster with voice dictation. Traditional authoring tools take 50 to 100 hours for the same result.
Can several trainers create modules?
Yes. Each trainer has their own designer access and creates their modules themselves: the tool takes an hour to learn, with no instructional designer. Designer licences are added as you go, and usage hours are bought at organisation level.
Is data secure and GDPR compliant?
Compleducation SAS is a French company. Data is hosted in Europe (GCP) and the AI models run on Azure servers in Europe. Exchanges between trainees and the AI trainer belong to your organisation and are never used to train a model. A data processing agreement (DPA) is available on request. Hosting, encryption, DPA and retention periods (in French).
