- Organise departments and teams Choose the simplified or advanced journey, then create, rename and delete your teams and departments.
- Add a learner Create a learner account by email invitation, through your organisation's SSO or with a password you choose, within the limit of your seats.
- Import learners from a CSV or Excel file Create many accounts at once: file, column mapping, review, then an import in the background. Missing teams are created.
- Move learners to another team Move one or more learners to another team and decide, with Keep history, whether they keep the courses of their former team.
- Send a password reset link Has a learner forgotten their password? Send them a link to choose a new one. SSO accounts, however, have no Complement password.
- Delete learners Delete one learner or several at once. The account is anonymised and cannot be restored; their results remain in the statistics.
