What does the "Access suspended" message mean?

The Access suspended page replaces your courses: your organisation's platform is suspended, often for a billing reason. What to do.

In FAQ and troubleshooting

Instead of your courses, a page shows Access suspended and this message: "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

What this means#

Your organisation's platform is suspended. The cause is most often related to billing: free trial ended, credit used up, late payment or contract expired. Until the situation is resolved, no learner in your organisation can take their courses.

This is not a problem with your account or your equipment. Nothing is deleted: you will get your courses and your progress back.

If access is suspended during a session, the app sends you to this page. The progress saved up to that point is kept.

What should you do?#

  1. Tell your organisation's administrator, or the person who gave you access to Complement. It is up to your organisation to restore access.
  2. Wait. You have nothing else to do: when access comes back, the page updates on its own shortly afterwards, and you get My trainings back.

If your organisation has no subscription problem#

The page can also appear when the app cannot check your platform's access, for example during a connection outage. Check your internet connection, then reload the page.

Are you an administrator?#

Your learners see this page when your platform is read-only. The banner at the bottom of your screen gives the reason. To restore access, see Why is your platform read-only?.
